Who are we?
Free zone Novi Sad was founded by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on 25.10.2007, on the area of 33 ha, on two functionally liked locations:
* Public warehouse “Customs Free Zone Novi Sad” joint stock company (Bajči Žilinski street, Novi Sad) – Location 1 and
* ”Petar Drapšin” joint stock company (Industrijska street, Novi Sad) – Location 2
Free Zone Novi Sad started to work in April, 2008 on the Location 1, territory of “Customs Free Zone Novi Sad”.
Free Zone operator, i.e. Free Zone managing company is “Free Zone Novi Sad” LTD, the founders of which being:
* Public Warehouse “Customs Free Zone” joint stock company Novi Sad
* «Petar Drapšin» joint stock company Novi Sad
* Metals komerc ltd Novi sad
* Asco Vidak ltd Futog
Offices of the Operator are situated in 11 Hajduk Veljkova street - Master Center, VII floor
Founding of the Free Zone Novi Sad has an aim to attract foreign investments and create new jobs In order to support faster economic development of the whole region.
Free Zone as an institute of the economic growth should enable faster industrial development, building the infrastructure, new technologies and knowledge, as well as employment and better living standard.
The main benefits of operating in the Free Zone Novi Sad, beside the legal guarantees related to export and import and customs and VAT- free services, are the very attractive micro and macro location, good connection to main traffic network, Corridor 10 and infrastructure and logistic support to the users.

Public Warehouse “Customs Free Zone” joint stock company in the period from 1992 to 2006 operated as the Free Zone Novi Sad Managing Company. After losing its license in 2006, the company was reregistered as public warehouse and in the same year initiated the process of founding the new free zone.
